Koshi Province, located in eastern Nepal, spans from the Terai plains to the high Himalayas, including parts of Mount Everest. The province experiences diverse climates: • Tropical and subtropical in the southern plains • Temperate climate in the middle hills • Alpine conditions in the mountainous regions • Annual rainfall ranging from 1,000 to 2,500mm
